Precut sprinter floor

Our precut plywood floor kit is designed to fit perfectly in the 2019–present Mercedes Sprinter 170" wheelbase (USDM, left-hand drive). The kit includes four precision-cut panels that align seamlessly without the need for puzzle-style tabs, making installation smooth and simple. Each piece allows just the right amount of clearance on the sides to fit easily with or without wall strapping, while an overhang around the step area provides a clean finish and can even be used for underlighting accents. Some light trimming may be required around the seat bases, depending on your seating setup—whether you’re running a bench seat or dual captains. The result is a clean, professional floor that’s ready for your build.
