Shipping Policy

All product pricing excludes shipping and handling unless otherwise stated in writing. Shipping rates are quoted separately based on destination, order size, weight, and carrier availability.

Local pickup is always available and preferred. Customers are welcome to meet the team and view the shop at time of pickup.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon pickup or carrier handoff. Kay CNC Services is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers.

Returns Policy

All orders include a 30-day package inspection and parts checklist period starting from the date of pickup or delivery. Customers are responsible for inspecting all parts upon receipt.

Any missing or damaged items must be reported in writing within 30 days to be eligible for return, replacement, or credit. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Returns are accepted within 30 days only if all of the following conditions are met:


  • Parts have not been assembled

  • Parts have not been drilled, cut, modified, or fastened

  • Parts show no signs of installation or test-fit in a vehicle

  • Parts are in original, resalable condition

  • All packaging, labels, and components are intact

Any parts that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery are non-returnable.

Custom orders, made-to-order components, and special-order materials are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Return Authorization & Costs

All returns require prior written authorization from Kay CNC Services. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for:


  • All return shipping costs

  • Proper packaging and insurance of returned goods

  • Any damage occurring during return shipment

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply on approved returns at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued after returned items have been inspected and approved. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping, handling, custom freight, and service fees are non-refundable.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Liability Disclaimer

Kay CNC Services manufactures and supplies CNC-cut components and cabinetry parts only. We are not responsible for installation, vehicle modification, electrical, structural integrity, or end-use performance of installed products.

All installation is performed at the customer’s own risk. Professional installation is recommended. Kay CNC Services shall not be held liable for:


  • Vehicle damage

  • Property damage

  • Personal injury

  • Electrical failure

  • Improper installation or use

By purchasing, the customer agrees to assume all responsibility and risk associated with product installation and use.
